Gina Micalizio has been practicing law since 1985. She
is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham,
AL. Ms. Micalizio has been practicing in the Bankuptcy
area for the majority of her legal career. She has
practiced both in Florida and Georgia, has been the
in-house counsel for the collections and bankruptcy
divisions of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation,
manager of a general practice firm praticing primarily
bankruptcy and family law and has had her own practice
since 1994 specializing in consumer bankruptcy issues.
Ms. Micalizio has been a Bankruptcy Instructor at the
National Center For Paralegal Training, a guest lecturer
at Stetson University College of Law's Annual Bankruptcy
Law Seminar, a member of the National Association of
Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, a member of the Atlanta
Bar Association and Bankruptcy Law Section member. In
addition to her bankruptcy practice, Ms. Micalizio also
handles collection matters and small business
